Group Run Training

Ongoing  training package's  designed to get you to the start line in the best possible shape & have fun on the way.  This involves training with a group of like minded individuals on a regular basis & using each others motivation to bring out the best in you!

Beginning Tuesday Feb 7th

targeting Rotorua Quarter, Half & Full Marathon April 28th

Individual consultation with Gayle to set up your programme & advise on the training ahead

*  weekly organised group sessions – 12x Tuesdays at 6am & 6x Fridays at 6am for 60 mins with specific running in e.g. hill reps, time trials, speed repetitions combined with core conditioning – coach in attendance to direct the sessions
* Organised weekend group runs
* A 30 minute core strength programme where you will be shown through this individually
* A 10% discount on Bodywise Pilates sessions
* A Complimentary 60 minute sports/deep tissue massage with GM Sports Massage, Ellerslie for the first 3 that sign up

Training package cost = $20 per session or discounted to $290 full payment.
