" Thanks again to you – as yesterday when I was tired (running Manukau Half Marathon) on the way back I thought ‘Gayle is going to be there, I better not wimp out’ – I am sure it gave me another 2 mins!

 Driving home I was going ‘wow’ I have always wanted to do a sub 90 minute ½ Marathon but thought I would never do it.  It is really good training seriously for the first time in my life and to be pulling in the results are hugely satisfying for me personally.  But seriously your coaching of me is fantastic and I think has definitely bought out the best in me and has given me a lot of self belief in my sporting challenges."
