Bodywise Personal Trainers are based in Kohimarama, providing fitness training for the Eastern Suburbs. We specialise in individual and small group training for health, fitness, flexibility, strength and weight management. You can train with us in a private studio, at the gym or outside. Or join one of our boot camps at Mission Bay or Kohimarama.
